On 06/18/2025 there will be a Cocktail Reception from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM, open to ALL Sellstate Summit attendees (Leaders & Agents). Come join us for drinks as we celebrate another year of hard work and success!

Please dress in tropical, resort attire. The reception will be located outside at the License to Chill Bar and Grill at Margaritaville Resort.

Michael Darmanin

Chief Executive Officer of Sellstate Realty

One of the things that makes Michael unique for his leadership position in a nationwide real estate company, is that his background does not come from real estate. Michael spent two years studying Computer and Electrical Engineering prior to studies in management and marketing. Michael earned an Honors Baccalaureate in Commerce with a Specialization in Marketing from one of the top four-year business schools in Canada with international accreditations, the University of Ottawa, School of Management. Michael is well versed in a wide array of business techniques and strategies. Because of his combined passion for marketing and engineering, he is the perfect candidate to lead Sellstate’s technological innovations; leading the development of Powersuite. He is now leading the charge to streamline our systems, making them more efficient, effective, and beneficial to the franchisees and agents.

Volunteering is important and he encourages the Sellstate brokerages to give back to their communities. On a personal level, the Darmanin family give both their time and resources to their children’s school to encourage the staff as well as the students that are less fortunate.

Michael is a true family man with his wife of 15 years, Tara, and their daughter and son. In his rare free time, he and his family enjoy all things Disney.

Rick Fuller
